Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-03 · Last updated 2026-08-03
These terms describe how FanBell works and the rules for using it. FanBell is operated by Content Commerce Labs LLC; these terms are an agreement between you and Content Commerce Labs LLC.
FanBell is a platform, operated by Content Commerce Labs LLC, that helps creators monetize fan replies, shoutouts, project support, custom requests, optional booking requests, and brand collaboration inquiries — all from one bio link. It is not an adult content platform.
1. Eligibility
Creators must be 18 years or older. Fans may interact and pay without an account but must follow our safety rules.
2. Prohibited content and monetization
Everyone using the platform must comply with our Safety rules. You may not request, create, offer, sell, deliver, purchase, promote, distribute, or monetize through FanBell any of the following:
Adult content and services. Pornography; nudity or explicit sexual acts; sexually explicit written, audio, image, or video content; content intended for sexual gratification; sexual services; adult live chat or similar adult services; and any sexualized content involving minors.
Intellectual-property and proprietary-rights violations. Copyright infringement; trademark infringement; patent infringement; trade-secret or other proprietary-rights infringement; unauthorized distribution or sale of copyrighted or licensed material; leaked, pirated, or stolen content; counterfeit or unauthorized branded goods or services; and violations of privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
Violence, extremism, and hate. Content that engages in, encourages, promotes, glorifies, or celebrates unlawful violence or physical harm; violent-extremist content or activity; credible threats; and hate speech or unlawful violence directed toward a person or group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or another immutable or legally protected characteristic.
Other prohibited conduct. Harassment; threats; illegal activity, products, or services; fraud and scams; gambling; drugs; weapons; dangerous challenges; private contact exchange; and prohibited offline meetup requests.
3. No personal or peer-to-peer money transfers
FanBell is not a general money-transfer service. It may not be used for personal remittances, peer-to-peer money transmission, pass-through payments, cash advances, or transferring money unrelated to a legitimate creator interaction, service, content request, tip, or identified creator project. Disguising a personal transfer as a tip or project-support payment is prohibited. Tips are voluntary support for a creator and their content or activity; project support must be connected to a stated creator project or goal. Project support is not a charitable donation unless explicitly stated and legally qualified.
4. Creator responsibility
Creators are responsible for their own services, products, prices, and the replies they deliver. FanBell provides the tools and payment rails but does not perform the creator's services.
5. Paid requests and delivery
Paid Private Questions, Personalized Shoutouts, and Creator Services let a fan submit a private request and let the creator deliver the purchased response or service. These request and delivery surfaces are only for fulfilling the relevant order, and all submitted and delivered content remains subject to these Terms and the Safety rules.
6. Not an adult platform
FanBell is a clean, brand-safe service. Adult or sexually explicit content, nudity requests, sexual services, and related conduct are prohibited.
7. Brand inquiries
Brand collaboration inquiries are introductions only and are not guaranteed deals. Any resulting agreement is between the brand and the creator.
8. Tips & project support
Tips are voluntary support payments. A tip does not guarantee a creator response or any deliverable unless the creator explicitly states otherwise. Project support is separate and is tied to a creator's specific goals or wishlist items. Neither is a charitable donation unless explicitly stated and legally qualified by the creator. Refunds may be available depending on the payment status and platform, creator, or admin policy.
9. Payments & payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe. For creator payments, the platform uses Stripe Connect. When a fan pays for an eligible paid request or project support, the payment may be routed to the creator's connected Stripe account after platform fees and Stripe processing fees. The platform collects an application/platform fee (default 12%). A connected Stripe account is required to receive money from paid widgets.
10. Refunds
Creators may reject and refund inappropriate requests. The platform or an administrator may refund for safety, compliance, or payment issues. Refunds may reverse all or part of the payment, the transfer to the creator, and the platform fee depending on the transaction status and Stripe's rules. Expired or unfulfilled requests may be eligible for a refund according to platform policy; completed requests may not always be refundable. When a payment is refunded, the customer is refunded in full and FanBell returns its platform fee; however, Stripe's payment-processing fee on the original charge is generally retained by Stripe and is not returned.
11. Reporting and rights-holder requests
Fans and other users may report violations through the Report links on creator pages and order pages or via the safety report form. Rights holders and other aggrieved parties may report suspected copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property violations, privacy violations, or safety and policy violations through the same reporting mechanism or by emailing support@fanbell.link. A report should identify the relevant creator, page, or content, describe the alleged violation, and provide enough information for review. FanBell may investigate, request additional information, remove or hide content, restrict monetization, suspend or terminate accounts, block payments, and refund or reverse transactions where appropriate.
12. Repeat violators
Repeated or serious violations may result in content removal, loss of monetization, payment blocking, account suspension, account termination, or permanent banning. In deciding enforcement, FanBell may consider the severity and frequency of violations, prior reports, previous enforcement, and attempts to evade restrictions.
13. Enforcement
To protect safety and compliance, FanBell may remove or hide content, reject prohibited requests, restrict or disable monetization, block payments, block users, suspend or terminate creator accounts, and refund or reverse transactions. FanBell may cooperate with Stripe, card networks, law enforcement, or rights holders where appropriate. Enforcement uses a combination of automated screening of submitted text, user reports, manual review, and payment and account controls; not every violation is automatically detected or removed.
14. Changes
We may update these terms and the platform fee as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
