How FanBell collects, uses, and shares information.

What we collect from creators

Display name, email, creator profile, avatar and social links, widget settings, products and prices, media kit details, Stripe Connect status, and earnings/transaction metadata.

What we collect from fans

Display name, email, request, support, and optional tip messages, thread messages, any uploaded media or video URLs you share, payment and tip metadata, and your fan wall preferences (show on wall / anonymous).

What we collect from brands

Brand name, contact details, company website, product URL, campaign details, and inquiry messages.

Safety & operational data

Moderation events, reports, blocked users, administrator actions, and basic logs/usage data used to keep the platform safe.

How payments & storage work

  • • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • • Transactional emails may be sent through Resend (or logged to the server console when no email provider is configured).
  • • Uploaded media (avatars, cover images, and thread audio/video) may be stored in Supabase Storage.

What's public vs private

  • • A fan's email is never shown publicly.
  • • Anonymous fan wall entries display as “Anonymous Fan.”
  • • Some information is public only if you choose to publish it — your creator profile, media kit, support goals, and opted-in fan wall entries.
  • • Private request threads are accessed through a secure, unguessable token link tied to the fan's email.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments and payouts), and Resend (email). We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

Fans can request removal of a fan wall entry by reporting it or contacting the creator. Creators can edit or delete their page and content from the dashboard. You can contact support to request access to or deletion of your information where applicable.
