Feature
Creator Services & Custom Requests
Package the expertise you already share — feedback, mini audits, reviews, personalized help — into small paid services your audience can order.
What it is
Creator Services let you sell a small, defined deliverable in your wheelhouse — a profile review, feedback on someone’s work, a mini audit, a custom asset, a short piece of personalized help. You write the title and description, set a price and turnaround, and fans order it. Every service is defined entirely by you.
Delivery is flexible: when the work is done you send a package — a written note plus up to 5 files (video, audio, images, PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint), and/or a private link (Google Drive, Loom, Dropbox…) for anything larger. The fan can also attach their own files when they order (a track, a resume, a screenshot), so you have everything you need before you start.
How it works
- 1
Create a service
Give it a clear title and description, set a price and delivery time, and decide how many revisions (if any) are included. You can offer more than one.
- 2
A fan orders and sends what you need
They pay and can attach whatever the work requires — a file, a link, a screenshot, a few lines of context.
- 3
You deliver a note + files or a link
Do the work and deliver it in a private thread: a written note plus up to 5 files (video, audio, images, PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint), and/or a private link for anything larger. Your earnings pay out through Stripe.
Who it’s for
Creators with a teachable, do-able skill — designers, editors, marketers, musicians, writers, coaches — who want to sell help in small, well-scoped pieces instead of taking on big engagements.
You scope every order
Each service is defined by you: what’s included, the price, the turnaround, and how many revisions (if any) come with it. If a request is out of scope, you can decline and refund it. Clear scope is what keeps small services from turning into unpaid work.
Frequently asked questions
What can I sell as a creator service?
Any small, defined deliverable you can name and scope — profile or content reviews, mini audits, personalized feedback, a custom asset, a short consultation. You decide exactly what it is; start with whatever people already ask you to do.
What format can I deliver in?
A written delivery note, plus up to 5 files — video, audio, images, PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint (video/audio up to 20 minutes) — and/or a private link for anything larger. A service is whatever you define, delivered however serves it best.
How is this different from a digital product?
A digital product is made once and sold to everyone. A creator service is personalized to each buyer — you’re selling your judgment and effort, not a file.
How much should I charge?
Price for the time each order takes. Many creators offer tiers like $10, $25, and $50 for progressively more involved help.
How do I handle revisions?
Decide up front whether a service includes revisions and say so in the description, so expectations are clear before anyone pays.
