Find your order
Creators are independent sellers and handle delivery questions, corrections, and refund requests for their own orders.
- Open the email receipt from your purchase and tap View your request — it opens your private order thread securely, no password needed.
- In the thread, choose Contact the creator about this order and pick what you need (delivery question, correction, wrong details, broken file, refund request, and more).
- The creator replies in the same private thread, and you’ll get an email when they do.
Can’t find your receipt email?
If you have your order link but it expired, open it anyway — the thread page lets you re-confirm your email to get back in. If you signed in when purchasing, your orders are in your fan center.
